It is the oldest form of medicine and it has been practiced by many cultures for thousands of years It is a holistic form of medicine which not only treats the symptoms but addresses the underlying causes of the condition. Herbal medicines are prescribed in the form of liquid extracts, infusions, powders, tablets, capsules or external preparations such as lotions, creams and ointments

Nutrition    Nutritional Medicine provides a holistic outlook on how nutrition impacts health, the relationship between diet and disease, as well as a focused understanding of how nutritional, dietary and lifestyle factors impact wellbeing through the lifespan. Nutritional Medicine combines food as medicine traditions and dietary therapy with recent scientific advances in nutritional biochemistry and therapeutics, which are now used by conventional and holistic practitioners alike.
